Pioneer Days Float Preview
The Floats for the annual Days of 47 Parade go on display in the South Towne Exposition Center several days before the main parade in Salt Lake on the 24th of July.
The float preview is a better time to get up and personal with the floats the actual parade. The event takes place in a large air conditioned room. Spectators can get up close and examine each of the floats in detail from multiple angles.
NOTE: After I took the picture, I took a short walk along Trax to the Sandy Station, through Sandy proper and back to my car which had heated to 474 degress fahrenheit while I was at the parade.
