Victorian Glass Pen (2020-03-15) I decided to start a fun art project. To launch the product right, I decided to start the project right and acquired this wonderful glass pen from Overstock.com (click picture to buy)

Found my Prismacolors (2020-03-24) I am super happy. I found my collection of Berol Prismacolor pencils which were stored away. I founde 130 pencils. They weigh 682 grams. I will uses these for the background of the pictures. (Click to buy pencils at Overstock.com)

Wax Bloom (2020-03-24) Some of my Prismacolor pencils developed a wax bloom on the tip while in storage. I was able to rub this off with my finger nail. Some artists complain that art work with deep layers of wax pencils can develop this problem.

Pencil Graph (2020-03-24) I made a graph of my pencil consumption. I used up exactly half of the white one. I made a vow to buy no new pencils until I consumed at least half of my current inventory (I then bought a few more pencils)

Art Supplies (2020-03-28) My order of Art Supplies came in. I added a two bottles of India Ink and three new colored pencils. The tan pencil is described as a "colorless blending pencil." I am eager to see how well it works. I got the supplies from Mister Art.

Swatch (2020-04-02) This shows all of the colors in my collection of Prismacolor pencils.

First Attempt at a Hive (2020-04-02) This was my first attempt at drawing a Hive to go with the new hive.blog system. I made the mistake of trying to draw the picture in ink first; so I am not sure if I want to waste time trying to fill in a background.

Redfish (2020-04-06) I drew a picture of a redfish to celebrate that my Hive account became a redfish (which is short to say I bought some HIVE to enhance the stature of the account.

Doodle Project
