Big Cottonwood Canyon
Big Cottonwood Canyon is a popular recreation destination in the Wasatch Mountains. The canyon sits between Mount Olympus and Twin Peaks. The canyon is home to Brighton and Solitude Ski area along with a variety of trails.
Both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons are important components of the Salt Lake City watershed. Dogs are not allowed in the canyon. Since I am currently burdened with the care of a stray puppy, my selection of Big Cottonwood Canyon photos is sparse.
